Break from the Bright lights

So much going on, not much time to let it all sink in! I caught a bus out to Balerno which is on the edge of Edinburgh and the Pentland hills then walked through all the mud into the fields ... nothing can compare to countryside air! The silence was deafening after all the buzz of Christmas and New Years. It's been great having such variety!

I'm enjoying putting my new-found wisdom into practice, banishing any negative thoughts before they have the chance to blow up like a balloon. I never have been much of a pessimist but now surely I am annoyingly positive .. it's fantastic!
