So peace is not a place you arrive at. Peace is accepting things for what they are, character is how one perceives the circumstances and personality is what one does with them. To find peace is to realise the value and necessity of impermanence in everything. To know impermanence one knows loss and pain. To have overcome loss one becomes familiar with joy. To accept joy, one finds, believes and acts with love.
I watched V for Vendetta today, excellent theme .... Will they ever screen that in Zimbabwe?
Woohoo, smoke free pubs exist in Scotland from today onwards. Already there is a social scene of a different sort lingering outside pub doorways ... Guess smokers have got until the end of summer until they start quitting.

Smoke-free places arrived to Spain on January 1st, though, I have been only to two mixed bar/pub (with an smoking area) as they had the choice. But, what is best, all the offices, banks or any other comerce are smoke-free (before, you could be smoking in front of your banker).
Has it helped you with quitting smoking? I remember you were trying a while back ...
